  Verrrrry bad crime rate, too much shooting. Kachina is horrible and so is the other lady that “handles” paperwork (more like loses it). Don’t trust anything the management say. They won’t fix a thing! I personally was in the “newest unit” and didn’t have bug problems however once you took a bath it leaked through the floor which is your bottom level roof so it was all over our kitchen and living room/furniture. It’s the hood, project, cemetery and the devils layer all in one. Get out while you can, this place should be free!!! Also, don’t try to make friends with anybody, they are not trustworthy. And the kids are very bad, disrespectful, and fast/mannish. Wouldn’t recommend in all honesty. And yes security sucks, they just drive around on their phones. And maintenance would be better off unclogging sewer pipes in our rivers. “Boo”chanan bay is bound to break down! And kids will vandalize your porch and car.
