  Chowder bay is trash. This is me try to help you. I've lived here for less then four months and the staff is no help managers are never here. They just don't care. I'm already tired for hearing the "I'm entitled to a 45 minute lunch" an hour before they close the office. If the owners are reading please hire actual helpful people. Once they took my money they stopped caring. Honestly avoid this place like a cancer. I know I wish I had.

  I'm a current resident and have been there for 10 months. Before the new company took over, I really didn't have any problems. The only issue I had with the old company was they lied about putting in new carpet and my apartment looked nothing like the model. Now that the new management company has taken over, I've had more problems than ever. I turn my rent in on time every month and last month I was told I didn't. I handed my money order to Vanessa in her hand on the 3rd and was told I was good. I got a letter on my door saying I was being charged a late fee. I called Jill the property manager and she had the nerve to get an attitude like I'd done something wrong. They are rude and unprofessional. I can't wait to move even with the upgrades, it's still not worth living there. Worst living experience ever!

  First time i went some girl named jasmine was rude walked up to the door as soon as she saw my husband and I walk-in was blasting music and had a guy that seemed like he was her boyfriend right there , handed us papers and said there was the information if you wanted to read it and Rushed us out, when we had an appointment. it was very unprofessional. The second time we went in the ladies were different and they were very helpful. But I don't think it's appropriate to have your boyfriend there sitting on his lap when you're supposed to be attending future residents. I tried to call manager many times and never got an answer left a couple voicemails because I really was interested in living there but didn't like the customer service I was given.
