  The worst rental property mgmt company ever. EMPLOYEES there were soooooooooooooooooooooo not helpful. My maintenance work orders were only "word orders." They would get checked and read but not scheduled to be completed. I had to make several office visits for the same issues, complete waste of my time. Instead of fixing the issues, I got a 60 day non-renewal. Hated the experience with them. I have so much more but I will just leave it as so.
