  Terrible terrible customer service. They place you on hold for over 30+ minutes- I have stayed on hold for hours on end (added up). They also hang up after connecting you. Worst company to ue for Pay check services. Will not recommend!!! PS IF YOU CALL ABOUT YOUR "W-2", THEY TRANSFER YOU TO A RECORDING AND IT AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP.

  Do not recommend. Paychex has multiple times screwed up payroll for our employees. Do no return our calls in a timely manner and then they charge you for next day service when you have been trying for days to process your payroll... Will be switching companies in 2018

  Horrible horrible horrible was lied to by the reps over charged with questionable charges, over charging as well as messing up not only my Paychex but when they were supposed to come out as well. I cancelled their services 3 months ago they continue to charge me fees and I can't get anyone to help me, I've been promised several times that a supervisor would call me. I have pointed out the charges that were not supposed to be there and they have not refunded them to me please do not use this company!
