  I lived here for about a year with two other roommates. Keep in mind this is Pine Hills/Rosemont area, so it definitely is not going to be perfect. Pros: Apartments are extremely spacious and the maintenance guys are really quick and helpful. It's also a neighborhood filled with families, which is nice because sometimes living in an area with all single folks might bring more trouble. Kids are friendly, neighbors are pretty nice, and plenty of parking. Cons: Roaches....it's pretty bad. After a while, you get used to it, which is the sucky part because they really never go away. Pest control will come but it just never fully ends. If you move here, get the electric bug repellant plug ins from amazon. One for each room (Only thing is, they don't recommend using that if you have pets or infants). That was the only thing that decreased the amount of roaches I'd see. Garbage gets extremely full and people won't throw it in the actual bin. Overall, I felt safe and respected as a resident. I'd recommend living here. Only really annoying thing are the roaches.
