The agent that assisted me was very rude. It was my first time getting a car insurance in the U.S so I didn't know much and every question I asked he responded in a way that came off as him trying to be superior and making me look dumb. I had to get the insurance at the time to be able to get my car, but I cancelled it as soon as possible.
