  Dania and her team have managed two properties for us for multiple years. She will be my property manager for life. She is excellent. She has the skills to find tenants that have been thoroughly vetted and she knows the market well and gives great advice about appropriate rents and increases. And if there are difficulties with a tenant she has the confidence, experience and ability to step right in and get things resolved. If there were 6 stars to rate her, I'd do so. You don't need to look any further.

  I have had Dania and Gus manage my properties for 5 years now. They have been excellent to get tenants and manage any situation that comes up. I am not a "hands on" type of person, so they make it easy to be a landlord. They are well worth their management fee!
