  If the customer service was as good as there sales event they would have something. We were led to believe that this was the right program for us on savings we would experience on spur of the moment trips. We never saved a dime. We got little to no help at all from ITS to set up any spontaneous trips. Nothing was ever available as described at the sales event when we purchased. We were told that there would "almost always" be availability last minute. 3 years later we have given up. Very disappointed that we laid out so much money for absolutely nothing in return. Learnt my lesson, don't make the same mistake with this company that we did.
