TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Worked with Diana Munoz on Auto coverage for my company. She was very dishonest and tried to discredit my current insurance agent. She told me that she could get me a lower premium than my current agent but failed to tell me that she lowered the value of my vehicles in order to get that premium. When I questioned her about it she told me that's not true she is giving me the exact same coverage I currently had with my current carrier. She then began to discredit my current carrier in an effort to gain my business. More than anything, I began to lack confidene in this company and the service she was providing. I texted her, called her, and emailed her to cancel my coverage as I decided to stay with my current carrier. After several attempts trying to get into contact with her, she called me back on a conference with another gentleman telling me it's too late to cancel because they have already Bind coverage. She then called the underwriter in the background and was discrediting my current agent to the underwriter. I had enough of them at this point and told them I would call them back. I contacted the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation who advised me that I could cancel at any time. I then emailed them to cancel my coverage effective Immidiately and asked them to respond to my email stating that they were unable to cancel my coverage. Miraculously, all of a sudden they were able to cancel my coverage. FYI, if at any point you want to cancel your insurance, you are absolutely able to do so as long as you can prove you have current coverage with someone else. Do Not let them bully you into thinking you cannot go to another carrier if you are not satisfied with their services. If they give you a difficult time, as they did with me, I suggest you call the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for further advice of your rights as a consumer. Best of luck!
