  Dear Muhammad, I personally have been in this field for 15 years and I know I speak for most teachers that if we did this job for greed we would be very unsusscessful. This is a job done for passion. In that time every single daycare I have worked at the policy has been the same with the difference being the amount. And you for a fact told me that the other place you had looked you were mot enrolling at because their fee to emroll your child was around $300 and I know they would have kept it if you had changed your mind. Now as the owner did mention this is a very busy time of year as there are many families looking for childcare. I do recall did unfortunate incident and I do feel bad about the way call I had to make, but it was the right thing to do. We have been in business almost 2 years and in that time we have had different situations that may have been similar and we use the same protocol across the board. I know that as I have sat with every single parent and explained about the non-refundable fee I did with you as well. It may not seem like it because you were planning on staying and it may not have registered. But in your situation you were in such a desperate need for child care I felt bad for your situation I gave you a priority spot. And we did loose because you made an appointment to come in I went ahead and cancelled other appointments and when you called that you wanted your money back other potential parents whose phone calls I returned had found other child care. And thinking about it as much time as I spent with you during that tour for nothing that is time that I can't get back. And if we not curtious and caring I do recall your child went potty in his diaper during the tour and you did not have a diaper and I offered you access to our baby room changing table and a diaper to use. And would offered you the same service if you had told me you were not enrolling him. I asked you were you sure and you said yes. But even when you called for a your I asked did you know where we are located to ensure it was doable and you said yes, I assumed you knew where you work, live and where your other child goes to school. All I can say is that I am sorry, but at the end of the day I can not do each parents research and do diligeance. But I do want to take this time to invite anyone else reading these posts to come check out our learning center, we are a family oriented school taking care of our community. Ms. Rachel
