  This company is a waste of time and paper (I must get letters from them 3x a month). Don't even bother calling, they will offer you less than half of what your home is worth. The employee at the call center was unprofessional, sounded possibly intoxicated, and just kept repeating "well, we're an investment company" like that justifies them offering insulting prices. They refer to fictional comps, I did my research. His computer did not match what MLS has as far as comparables go. Talk to a real estate agent, list your home. Even with commission cuts you'll still make much more than they'll ever offer you
