  Do not rent from this company! They manage properties for homeowners, but provide little to no assistance for you as a renter. Everything has to be done in office, which isn't easy when the home you are renting is almost 45 minutes away. It is a huge inconvenience to accomplish anything. They are extremely slow to respond and threaten to charge you back for issues such as a leak (caused by rain). I would suggest any other property management company. I am in property management, so I typically have a little sympathy, but this company is terrible.
