Keep your business away from these people, if you are looking for a honest and ethic insurance agent, this is not the place, Mrs. Carmen Valdes is not that agent. Believe me, I learned that the hard way. Hopefully my bad experince will save you from having one. They are so irresponsables that they blame everything on the secretary, Glory, poor kid, I really feel sorry for her, using her to cover their dirty tricks to keep people's money.
