  Below you can see my post from a few years back. I've lived in this community for 6+ years. I bought home 2 beautiful babies to this apartment. I took advantage and loved the entire community until Aspen (property management) sold the place and now its completely back tracked. I first moved in when it was owned by Lincoln and it was not the prettiest place but it was our first place together as newly weds. Rent was cheap but lucky for us a few months later Aspen bought the place. They fixed it up and made it so homey, friendly, and beautiful. Now this new management doesn't even bother to answer their phones, at all! They don't reply to emails and if you go in person you will be lucky if they are open. Don't go weekends, they are closed! And when they are opened they are so rude and unprofessional!!!!! Because of the new staff we left our home. We loved being there but they don't bother to help if your apartment gets flooded, or ceiling bathroom is leaking. I am so sad we had to leave but I am grateful to be able to find a new Aspen community to start over. To the property owners and staff:: YOU ARE THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE EVEN ENCOUNTER! I WOULD FIRST CHANGE WITH THE RUDE WOMAN IN THE FRONT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. My old Post I love love love this apartment complex! Love the new landscaping, the new bark park, the new resort-style pool, the new picnic areas, the new porches/balcony, the new gym, the new internet cafe room, and the staff! The staff is most important because it is the most improved since the new management took over! They are always so helpful and friendly. When you need something done they do it and right away! The community looks so beautiful and so homey. I just love the improvements and how safe it feels! The newer updated apartments are just so beautiful. I been here since before the management took over and I feel like this is a whole new place. Even my apartment has been updated as well and yet it needs some improvement, I just love my home!!!! Do I recommend Cadence Crossing to anyone? Yes and I have and they love it as well!! I'll be here for as long as I can be.
