- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Have seen and lived at a lot of apartment complexes, and Abaco Key is excellent. Safe, secure, clean, beautiful, home-like feel. Friendly and attentive office and maintenance staff. Always happy to help with any request, question or concern. The grounds feel like a hotel, and are kept looking fresh and nice always. Very little noise, or bug issues, or problems. Frequently have events for residents that are fun, and entertaining, and make you feel appreciated.
