  0 STARS from me and my family!!! Only because I have to pick a star in order to post my review that's the only reason why I put one star! Lie after lie from the main 3 staff members at this location! Let me introduce you to them!!! Rustina Gibson, Melisa Tapia and let's not forget the famous office manager Ron! We put our trust into REMAX not only because its a world renowned company but also because we fell for the phony welcome you get when you walk in the LAKE NONA REMAX VANTAGE location located on Narcoosee Blvd! Handing over our business properties to Rustina, Melisa and Ron believing that we made the right decision and got nothing in return but headache after headache! Melisa, the FAMOUS Property MGR at first was nice and available when needed! I made several request for her to handle such as rent increases and more! Come to find out that one of our houses never got the rent increase and as a result we ended up suffering for 12 months that year because the contracts were already signed! Around 2 years ago, as a faithful customer I started noticing that I was getting extra money with my monthly rent deposits! Brought it to the attention of Melisa, gave her bank statements with highlighted info as proof, requested a meeting at REMAX, met with Melisa and her exact answer to me was "it's all good! Don't worry about it!" Come to find that now after 2 years they decided to audit their clients and as a result I had to pay back all the extra funds REMAX voluntarily decided to put into my bank account, which mind your I did bring to their attention years ago! Nice surprise to see, that when my monthly deposit for this month was put into my account it was cut short money from errors of REMAX! BOOM!!! Out of nowhere Melisa walks off the face of the earth with no notification and she's supposed to be our property mgr around a year ago! The infamous Rustina, pours her heart out to me in her office about how they are going through a rough time because their not so professional property mgr has left them in dismay and her office is now out of control! I took into consideration that something could of come up and things could happen! Did I fail to mention that I didn't get any rent deposits for 2 months and had to go to the REMAX office with a hostile attitude demanding a full cut check for all the money they owed me! I gave them a 2nd chance after Rustina seem to have won me over with her fakeness! The lies I heard from the mouth or Rustina and Ron were unbelievable! From hearing that Melissa was diagnosed with cancer and she was no longer at REMAX and she went in for a tooth ache no one knows what happened to her! Funny! Because a week ago when I called good old Rustina to discuss the funds held from my account for her lovely audit we had a pleasant feud and nevertheless good old Melisa Tapia decides to call my phone and leave a fully detailed message about how she would like to talk to me and to give her a call in the office! I just don't get it!!! Melisa went from being our property mgr, to walking off the face of the earth, being told she was terminally sick and now she's calling me! If she only knew the garbage Rustina and Ron spoke about her, throwing her under the bus like a old sweater! Walked in today, closed our accounts and didn't even bother to shake on it! Funny, Ron was the one handling everything and good old Rustina was no where to be found! Now, Melissa! Oh, yeah! We saw her several times! She couldn't even look us straight in the face! I will never recommend REMAX yet alone the Lake Nona location! Horrible experience! My advice to you... Try another realtor!
